Catching the trivial but critical detail

This is very easy to use. You simply clamp it onto the tube and roll it across the tube. My team was in charge of the housing design of the two wheels inside it, which made it compatible with existing IV hoses by installing it.

But, at the end of the final mock-up stage, we found aligning the IV hose in the middle of the tool was quite time-consuming because of the curved tension of the tube. It could be a minor issue, but I modified the part where the hose is caught as a hook shape. This reduces the user time consumption and dissatisfaction, which is a critical marketability factor.

Roll flusher lessens the time nurses consume for flushing IV fluid. Since they have to do it with a syringe and other extra tools to do one simple task, this product is helpful for them.
